ADULT JUJUTSU / AIKIJUJUTSU PROGRAM:
Our Adult Program is for men and women, ages 15 years and up. This is a
noncompetitive style of self-defense. Utilizing calisthenics and aerobic type exercises to help put
you into fitness. The student goes at their own pace until they grow in strength and stamina. At the same
time reaching their goal in Martial Arts expertise.
JUNIORS KARATE-JUJUTSU DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our Juniors' Development program comes in two age groups; 4 years to
10 years (Group A) and 10 to 15 years (Group B).
Group A – The children in this group are given the
tools to help them follow direction, as well as learn leadership skills critical to peer involvement. These
tools help them interact more appropriately in school and thereby gain the confidence necessary in building
life's beginning stages.
Group B – The B Group kids are beginning their teen years. They are assisted in maintaining focus and discipline during training, at the same time learning the skills necessary to defend themselves, if need be, against a bigger, stronger aggressor.
PRIVATE LESSONS FOR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS
If you want to learn seven times faster, focus on precision in technique, learn
directly from the Master or maybe you have an offbeat schedule and are hesitant about being in group
settings then private lessons are for you. They can be one on one with the Master or with one of his qualified
Black Belt Instructors. We work with your schedule and attempt to bring you to new levels of growth tailor-made for you.
SELF-DEFENSE AND BODY SCULPTING FOR WOMEN
This is a low impact aerobic workout. Focusing on abdominal and lower body
exercises. Learn and use the Mountain Storm JuJutsu' basic self-defense movements. These sessions will make
you look and feel your best, in a comfortable environment.
